We at B2Core are proud to announce an update to our platform that includes a range of features aimed at enhancing user experience and security! The new update adds a Helpdesk feedback module, admin session time limit settings, and an improved Device Management section.

Helpdesk Feedback Module

Our team presents a user feedback system that is specifically tailored to the exact needs of brokers and exchanges. This feature will allow platform owners to gain insightful knowledge on how they can enhance their service. In turn, this will lead to a better experience for customers.

After obtaining assistance from the customer service team, customers can now close their tickets and rate their experience. It is extremely valuable for businesses to receive feedback from their users, as it provides critical insight into what users think about the services. For those who wish to offer extra information on how satisfied they were with said services, they are welcome to do so through the comment window — enabling businesses to pinpoint areas that need improvement. Of course, if users would prefer not to leave an assessment at all, they can close the window without entering anything.

Comments from customers can be viewed in the Ticket Feedback of the admin panel. With the help of this data, admins can gain profound insight into how the customer service team is performing. This helps to ensure that clients are given top-notch treatment at all times.

Admin User Session Limit Settings

Moreover, admins now have the ability to protect system data and user credentials with B2Core Back Office’s session time feature. The setting can be configured by going to System – Settings, where you can choose a time limit from 1-240 minutes of inactivity, after which B2Core will automatically log out.

Device Management Upgrade

Users can now take advantage of the improved Device Management view in Profile – Security, which offers extra data on the device used to sign into their account, its associated IP address, and where they were located when accessing their profile.

Moreover, we have introduced an email notification system to strengthen account security for end-users. Whenever someone attempts to log into a user’s account, the user will receive an email detailing which device was used for logging in. In case they are unfamiliar with it and feel like their information or funds may be in danger, users can reset their password instantly and end any active sessions right away. The back office admin can customize this new end-user email template to include whatever information is required.
